Reporting
Reports help group leaders and organization staff see how their group is doing. They answer questions like: Who is actively contributing? Are members meeting for 1-to-1s? Are referrals being passed and converted? Which members need attention?
If you have an idea for a new report, submit a ticket through the Help Desk.

Group Reports for Everyone
Every member of a group can run these reports.
- Activity Report: each member's referrals, business closed, guests and 1-to-1s for the period. The most widely used report. Guests are counted once, for the member who first invited them.
- Attendance Report: each member's attendance for the period: how many meetings they were present, sent a substitute, were excused, late or absent, and their percentage present. Substitute and Late count as attended; Excused does not count against the member. One-time events are not included, and meetings before a member's join date are not counted against them.
- Referrals Report: every referral in the period with its date, sender, recipient and current status.
- Referrals Report with Custom Fields: the same, plus the group's custom field values.
- Lost Report: why referrals were lost. "Lost by Reason" shows each reason with its count and share, and "Lost by Member" shows each recipient's received, lost and lost percentage. Referrals lost without a reason are shown as "Not specified".
- Revenue Report: revenue earned (from referrals received) and revenue referred (from referrals sent) by each member.
- Give and Get Balance Report: for each member, referrals sent compared with referrals received, and how many different members they exchanged referrals with.
- Referral Velocity Report: for each recipient, how many referrals were won, lost or still open, the close rate, and the median time to close.
- One-to-One Coverage Report: how many other members each member has met for a 1-to-1, and a list of member pairs who have not met during the period.
- Revenue Report - Member Pairs: revenue for each sender and recipient pair, dated by when the revenue was reported.
- Category Gap Report: business categories your group does not have yet, ranked by how much referral business those categories do across ChamberForge. Use it to decide which kinds of members to recruit. The date range is rounded to whole months.
Manager-Only Group Reports
Group managers and organizers see these reports in a separate Managers only section of the report list. Other members cannot see or open them.
- At-Risk Members Report: compares each member's activity in the selected period with the period of the same length just before it, and flags members whose activity has dropped. It also shows days since their last activity and the dates of their last referral, 1-to-1, attendance and guest.
- Retention and Churn Report: how long members stay and how many left. Tenure and the cohort table cover all time; the date range only affects the count of members who left in that period.
- New Member Ramp Report: for members who joined during the selected period, how many days it took them to send their first referral, have their first 1-to-1, and so on.
Organization Reports
Organizations can run reports across some or all of their groups:
- Activity Report (with a month-by-month range)
- Attendance Report
- Guest Report: first-time guests invited by each member, plus later visits by the same guests credited to the member who invited them each time
- Referrals Report
- Revenue Report, Revenue Report - Itemized and Revenue Report - Members
Personal Reports
Your personal Reports page covers your own activity across all groups:
- Referrals & Revenue Report (the default)
- Referrals Report
- Revenue Earned Report
- Revenue Referred Report
Why Numbers Can Differ
If a report does not match what you expect, check these first:
- Report to group: a referral or 1-to-1 only counts for the groups it was reported to. See Referrals.
- Members filter: past members are excluded by default.
- 1-to-1s: one record counts for both people, so a meeting that both people recorded is counted twice. See 1-to-1s.
- Meeting type and join dates for the Attendance Report.
- Private amounts are hidden individually but included in revenue totals.
