Welcome to the ChamberForge documentation (version 4.1). ChamberForge helps referral groups, chambers of commerce and business associations track the referrals, 1-to-1s, guests, meetings and revenue their members generate.

Finding Your Way Around

Top header

  • Feed: your home page with activity from your groups
  • Groups
  • Search field: type and press Enter to search your referrals and contacts
  • Send button (blue): opens Send Referral directly
  • Bell: notifications
  • Envelope: messages
  • Grid icon (Quick menu):
    • Referrals: Send Referral and Record referral received
    • Groups & Orgs: Create Group
    • Groups & Orgs: Create Organization
    • Networking: Record 1-to-1, Add Guest and Add Guest Attendance
    • Invite to ChamberForge
  • Your picture (account menu):
    • Your name and e-mail
    • Switching between accounts
    • My Account
    • Submit a Ticket
    • Sign out

On a phone, these are listed in the menu behind the menu button, and the Quick menu is called Create.

  • Your name and profile link
  • Your coffees

  • Your groups and organizations. Click one to open its own menu.
