Feed

The Feed is your home page in ChamberForge. You land on it after you sign in, and you can return to it any time with Feed in the top header or the left menu. It shows what is happening across all of your groups, so you can celebrate wins and keep up with your fellow members.

What the Feed Shows

The Feed lists activity reported to any group you belong to, newest first:

  • Referrals sent, from the moment they are sent. A referral keeps one entry in the Feed, and its sentence changes as its status changes (for example, when it is won).
  • Business won, and revenue reported on referrals
  • 1-to-1s

Recalled referrals are removed from the Feed. Private referrals appear with a lock icon and without the lead's name.

Likes and Comments

  • Click the heart to like an activity.
  • Click the comment icon to open the conversation, type your comment and click Comment. The first three comments are shown; click View more comments to see the rest.
  • You can like comments too.
  • You can edit or delete your own comments from the ... menu next to them.

You can like and comment on activity from groups you belong to, and on activity you took part in. On a private referral, only the recipient can like or comment.

The people involved are notified of likes and comments. You can change these notifications under Notification Settings.

My Performance

The My Performance card next to the Feed (above it on a phone) summarizes your own numbers: Referrals Sent, Referrals Rec'd, Business Closed, Conv. Rate and Revenue Generated. Private revenue amounts are included in your totals.

Below it you may see a suggestion to thank someone with a coffee for a referral that turned into business.

Empty Feed

If you see "Nothing here yet", you are not in a group yet, or nobody in your groups has reported activity. Join or create a group (see Groups) and activity from your groups will start to appear.
