Files section allows you to share files with other members of your group. File types you can upload include word, powerpoint, PDF, images, excel, etc. A good use of files is sharing keynote presentation documents from meetings, group standard operating procedures, and such.
To upload files, simply drag files into the dotted area where it says Drop files here. The files you uploaded will be available in a table at the bottom of the screen.
Currently, the file size limit is 50mb and the total storage size is 1gb. If you have larger files to share or need something bigger, it is recommended to use dedicated file-sharing tools such as Dropbox or Google Drive.
You can also upload files to each meeting as well. This allows you to associate any files with each specific meeting. For example, if you had a keynote presenter in a meeting and want to share presentation files from the presenter, you can upload any documents to each meeting area. Any files uploaded to meetings are also available in the main Files section.
