ChamberForge is free for individual members. Groups can stay on the free plan or subscribe to a paid plan for more members and features. This page covers the plans you buy from ChamberForge. To collect dues from your own members, see Membership Dues.
Each plan applies to one group. The plans are Free, Group, Group Plus and Group Max.
Each plan has a member limit:
| Plan | Member limit |
|---|---|
| Free | 15 members |
| Group | 30 members |
| Group Plus | 50 members |
| Group Max | 100 members |
For more than 100 members, contact us about an Enterprise plan.
Every plan can be paid monthly or annually; annual billing is 10% off. Current prices are on the Pricing page.
Individual members never need a subscription to send referrals, keep contacts or join groups.
Group, Group Plus and Group Max:
Group Plus and Group Max also include:
When a feature needs a higher plan, the page shows "This feature is available on the Group Plus and Group Max plans." with an Upgrade plan button.
You can also subscribe from a group's edit form, where the plan box shows Current Plan and a Subscribe button. Only an organizer of the group sees that button: group managers, organization staff and members cannot subscribe a group to a plan.
A subscription gives you one or more group seats. If you own exactly one group, the subscription is applied to it automatically. Otherwise, click Apply Subscription and choose which groups to apply it to. The list shows the groups you organize: the ones you own, the ones where you are an organizer, and the groups of an organization where you are an administrator (organization staff are not included). You can also apply an unused seat from the group's own plan box.
Choose Cancel from the subscription's menu. The subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period ("Subscribed (ends on ...)") and then ends. Until then you can click Resume to keep it.
When a subscription ends, or a payment fails and is not resolved, the group goes back to the free plan and its free-plan limits.
My Account > Payment Methods lists your saved cards.
If you have trouble adding a card, use the Billing Portal link on the same page.
The Payout Method section on this page is for receiving money, such as membership dues. See Membership Dues. It is also used to cash out coffees.
The Billing History section of My Account > Payment Methods lists your payments with the date, description, amount and status. Click Download to get a PDF invoice. My Account > Subscription also shows a Subscription History.
Enter a coupon in Coupon Code and click Apply when you buy a subscription. A coupon may be limited to certain plans, a number of uses or an expiry date, and some coupons only work on monthly plans. Your active discount is shown in My Account > Subscription.
ChamberForge subscriptions are not refunded automatically. If you bought a subscription by mistake, submit a ticket through the Help Desk and we will help.
In some countries ChamberForge is registered as a non-profit organization, so purchases are not sold there. If you see "Purchases are not available in your region.", you cannot buy a new subscription or change plans from that location. You can still use your existing subscription, update your card, download invoices, and cancel or resume. Buying coffee is blocked there too, but you can still claim coffees you received.
