Reporting Repeat Business without new referral
Is there a way to report business won without a new referral?Example: I send my groups CPA a referral for "John Smith" who needs taxes done. John Smith then hires my CPA every year to do his taxes. I am not going to remember to put in all those referrals but can the CPA still track business that I sent him so that it gets recorded for the group and recorded for me personally?
Also, is there a way to track business for someone who is not on the Chamberforge app? Maybe a visitor comes to the group and hires me to do a job. They are not part of the group or have the app but since they came to visit the group I should be able to track that as business won to the group.
