About ANE Lending LLC
I am a 30 plus year mortgage professional currently an independent mortgage broker with my license at ANE Lending LLC a small veteran owned brokerage in JAX. I reside in Flagler county and service the area locally from Volusia county North to Duval county and West to Marion county. However I am licensed in the entire state and can help people purchase or refinance property throughout Florida.
My product line is diverse and covers almost any secured financing need involving property, both residential and commercial. Known as the area's loan lifeguard, literally half of my closed customers were previously turned down or ran into issues before finding me. Always competitive in pricing, my goal is to develop the best pathway and then assist my clients with navigating it to their closing.
