Hi there, my name is Amanda and I am your friendly local insurance broker looking to bring the small town feel back to insurance. I realize most companies have a call centre nowadays and you spend a lot of time on hold when calling to make changes to your policy, but isn't it nice when someone just answers the phone? Also its nice when the person who answers the phone remembers who you are so you don't have to explain everything all over each time you call in! With that personal touch comes customer care. When you know your clients, you care for them, wanting them to have the best rates and the best coverage. I will always go to bat for my clients and seek the best possible rates without sacrificing coverages that help protect what matters most to them! For me, the client experience is most important so I always want my clients to feel like I did everything I could for them, because I always will!
