My name is Rosa Maria Salas, and I am a Mortgage Loan Originator and Home Loan Specialist with Fidelity Bank. I have more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry, and I am passionate about helping individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership.
One of my areas of expertise is working with first-time homebuyers. I have extensive experience with programs such as MassHousing, including available down payment assistance and grant opportunities that can help make purchasing a home more affordable and attainable for qualified buyers. I also have experience working with FHA borrowers and helping clients understand their financing options based on their individual circumstances.
What I enjoy most about my work is helping people navigate what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming process. From the initial application to closing, I take the time to educate my clients, answer their questions, and help them understand their options so they can make informed decisions.
I am also bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows me to serve a diverse community and make the homebuying process more accessible for Spanish-speaking families.
Community is extremely important to me, and I believe that homeownership can be an important foundation for building financial stability, creating generational wealth, and strengthening our neighborhoods.
