As there is no meeting scheduled for March 29th due to the Easter Weekend we will be meeting in Person at Falls Manor this week.
There are no presenters scheduled
There are a number of business items to address.
Open Networking from 7:30 - 7:40 then it is time to get settled in as the meeting will be starting at 7:40. We have an early start as we have quite a bit to cover.
Agenda is as follows:
A: Information items:
Please note that these items will NOT be discussed at the meeting due to time constraints. We
will further discuss these items at our June planning meeting.
1) Web and email hosting was done for free with Lynn (First Wave) until she left. She is
offering her non-profit rates of $25-30/month to continue to do so. If someone else
comes on board that wants to host for free, we are happy to let them.🙂
2) Dragon’sEye networking app/platform: we will see how we can make Chamberforge
work better and revisit this in June.
3) There will be training for Chamberforge with Joy. Stay tuned.
4) How to best take advantage of the Facebook group - training with David. Stay tuned
5) Voting for board roles to be done by anonymous poll in Zoom. (see email)
B: Nominations to be collected at the start of meeting. 10 min for any clarification on
nominations/roles/voting. Note that those elected will be expected to fulfill their full term of 1
year, be present at one in-person board meeting a month, and zoom meetings as necessary.
C: Membership drive: (see attached list of categories) Who are our top priorities? How are we
recruiting?
NNN is designed to attract new and growing businesses with the objective to support growth of
group members, and the expectation of all members to support each other. This is done through
weekly presentations, referrals. 1 on 1’s and sharing and promoting each other.
D: Status of committees:
Ask committee chairs to report.
Social/Fun events: Lana
Golf: David
Networking/Business: Joy
Christmas: Kelly (Beth on her behalf)
New committee: to prepare code of ethics
New committee: budget preparation
New business:
3 month trial for new members
