updating email

I updated a members email, but his old email still shows on the member screen and he can't get the password reset email. When I try to edit his profile again, I see his new email is updated in the edit view, but not in the group. Does it take 24 hours to update or am I missing a step?

Hello, What you updated is a record/snapshot of member's data. If you update it, it will not actually change member's account information. When members leave a group, groups had no way of retaining member record so we made it that way. If you could email us the member's name, we can help with resetting the password. Seong
