Quality of Referrals
Is there a report or somewhere that I can go to see the quality of referrals given by an individual member (i.e. number of referrals given, how many or % were won and revenue/closed business)?

Hi John,
You can go to member's detail screen and it will show all the referrals given and received by that member at the bottom.
We'd be happy to add metrics to show the quality (% closed) on the detail screen if that is what you are looking for.
