"Apply Subscription" Not Working

I purchased the "Group (monthly)" subscription for my account at $50/month. When I click on "Apply Subscription," the dialogue box comes up that's supposed to let me choose which "group" I want to apply the subscription to but there's nothing in that dialogue box that's letting me choose a group. I'm on a PC computer. I've tried in 2 browsers (Chrome and Edge). I also tried in Chrome on my phone. To no avail. I submitted a ticket last night but haven't receive a response yet. I'm looking to get this resolved as quickly as possible. I'd greatly appreciate any solutions anyone might be able to offer. Thank you!
