"Apply Subscription" Not Working
I purchased the "Group (monthly)" subscription for my account at $50/month. When I click on "Apply Subscription," the dialogue box comes up that's supposed to let me choose which "group" I want to apply the subscription to but there's nothing in that dialogue box that's letting me choose a group. I'm on a PC computer. I've tried in 2 browsers (Chrome and Edge). I also tried in Chrome on my phone. To no avail. I submitted a ticket last night but haven't receive a response yet. I'm looking to get this resolved as quickly as possible. I'd greatly appreciate any solutions anyone might be able to offer. Thank you!Please sign in to participate in this discussion.
