I provide legal advice on a broad range of corporate issues and business transactions and also help my clients manage and resolve their disputes and litigation.
I assist my clients with legal decisions throughout their business life cycle, from creation (such as entity selection, organization and owner buy/sell agreements), to operational issues (such as employee/HR concerns, major contract negotiations, intellectual property, leases, bank loans) and through exit planning and eventual sale of the business.
In addition to my legal background, I have significant prior experience as a founder and executive of a successful GOVCON business and as a CPA, so I understand the unique business risks facing each of my clients and help them make practical legal decisions that are consistent with their Company goals and objectives.
